2006 The Queen's 80th Birthday PNC. The year 2006 marks the 80th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II and the 50th anniversary of the unveiling of Pietro Annigoni's portrait of Her Majesty. The stamps feature this painting and a photographic portrait by Cecil Beaton, one of the most celebrated British photographers of the 20th century.
